For the provision of our services, the sale of goods and the operation of our website, we process certain personal data. The processing of personal data is governed in particular by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (“GDPR”).

If you request our products and services, we will work with your contact details that you provide to us, mainly through the enquiry form. These are: First and last name, e-mail, telephone number, products and services you are interested in, address for delivery of services or delivery of products, billing information.

This is processing on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR — negotiation of a contract or execution of measures prior to the conclusion of the contract at your request.

If we do not establish further cooperation, we will process your data for no more than 5 years from the date of our last communication.
2. Processing of personal data in case of purchase
If you make a purchase from us, we will work with the data you fill in for us. These are mainly billing data: name, surname, address, delivery address, e-mail and telephone.
For what reason?
We need to process personal data in order to fulfill our contract — to deliver our goods or services to you. Through the contact details, we will also communicate with you regarding the status of your order, possibly regarding complaints or your questions. We will further process personal data in order to fulfill our obligations under the law (mainly for accounting and tax purposes, possibly for handling claims and others).

This is processing on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR — performance of the contract and Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR — fulfilment of our legal obligation.

Your data will remain with us. We process personal data in the territory of the European Union and e-mail, first and last name also in the United States.

We do not have an appointed Data Protection Officer in our association. In our association, decisions are not made on the basis of automated processing or profiling.
