How do I order and pay for the voucher?
Order a gift voucher in eshop. Conveniently pay by bank transfer (instant payment, QR code) or through GoPay payment gateway (credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay).
When and how do I receive my gift voucher?
You will receive an electronic gift voucher to your email address immediately after payment.
The printed gift voucher will be delivered to you via Zásilkovny within 7 days.
In Čelákovice it is possible to arrange a personal takeover.

Until when is the gift voucher valid?
The gift voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. We are now issuing vouchers with extended Christmas validity until December 31, 2026.
Is it possible to order a gift voucher outside the Czech Republic, e.g. to Slovakia?
We only send electronic vouchers abroad.
Can I come with children?
The group guided tour is for adult visitors and children from 8 years old. Due to its length (80 min) and form of interpretation, it is not suitable for children under 7 years of age. Thank you for your understanding.
