Introductory Provisions
The purpose of these conditions is to define the rights and obligations when using vouchers issued by the seller Volmanova vila, z.s., with its registered office at Stankovského 1200/46, 250 88 Čelákovice, ID number 17364663 (hereinafter referred to as the seller).
By purchasing the voucher and using it, the buyer and, if applicable, the holder undertakes to comply with these conditions.
These Terms and Conditions may be modified by the Seller, except where otherwise provided, the change is effective by publication. The change does not apply to vouchers already issued.
Voucher purchase
The voucher is issued and sold exclusively by the seller.
The voucher is valid only if it is accompanied by a unique verification code.
The voucher cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.

Use of a voucher
The voucher is not displayed in name, it is transferable and entitles its holder to receive the services listed on the voucher.
It is always necessary to withdraw the voucher once, its use cannot be divided.
When using a voucher, it is necessary to show a unique verification code.
The date of withdrawal of the voucher shall be booked in advance by the holder. Visiting without prior reservation is not possible.
Booking Guided tours it is possible to change or cancel no later than 72 hours before the scheduled date. Later changes are not possible and the voucher without refund will be forfeited. Booking experiential accommodation it is possible to change or cancel once free of charge no later than 24 hours before the scheduled date.
Validity
Validity is indicated on the voucher.
After the specified date, the voucher without refund will be forfeited.
The holder is obliged to make an order in time for the use of the gift voucher, that is, to book a free date in advance so that the voucher can be used within its validity.
